Dusky Track, 29 December 2014 to 6 January 2015

Day 1: Shuttle from Manapouri to Lake Hauroko, boat across Lake Hauroko to Hauroko Burn Hut, then up the Hauroko Burn to Halfway Hut.
Day 2: Up the Hauroko Burn to Lake Luffy, Furkert Pass and Lake Roe Hut, with a side-trip to Lake Roe.
Day 3: The Pleasant Range was not that pleasant in heavy rain, and we had to wade to get to the bridge at the head of Loch Maree, but we did make it to Loch Maree Hut in the end.
Day 4: Down the Seaforth River to Supper Cove Hut in Dusky Sound.
Day 5: Rest day at Supper Cove. Fishing was a failure, I had better luck photographing sandflies.
Day 6: Back up the Seaforth River to Loch Maree Hut.
Day 7: Up the Seaforth River to Gair Loch and Kintail Hut.
Day 8: Up to Centre Pass and to Mount Memphis to take in the views, then down the Warren Burn to the sandfly-infested Upper Spey Hut.
Day 9: Down the Spey River to the Wilmot Pass Road, which we followed out to Lake Manapouri West Arm.
